Message what I should have said actually;

with LT-1s, they have both.
if/when the MAS fails, it reverts to MAP.

when I did my motor swap, i had the option of deleting MAS entirely and reverting to MAP only. But several chip tuners told me that MAP was not nearly as accurate as MAS and would cause a slight HP drop, but a bad MPG drop.
